Dating from the nineteenth century, a superb French silver plate ice bucket featuring a tall shape with ribbing details and a slightly flared top. This champagne chiller features two lovely and large drop loop ring handles on either side. From a private collection in the south of France, it can also serve as an excellent vase for holding tall flowers as filmed with anemones.
